Coaching Your Kids to Develop Executive Function Skills

March 23 @ 10:00 am - 1:00 pm EDT

Executive function is the control center of the brain. It is in the frontal lobe and controls organization, time management, short term memory and much more. The frontal lobe development is delayed by stress, trauma, nutrition deficits and many other factors our kids experience. Some of the behaviors you will notice are messy rooms, failure to turn in homework, forgetting important things and never being on time. Living with a child who has Executive Function issues is so frustrating. You work constantly on reminders, charts and “nagging”. Nothing seems to work. They are smart but nothing sticks.

This in-person training will help you develop skills to better support your children and help them succeed!

Cindy Cramer has worked with foster and adoptive families for over 20 years.  She has 24 years of experience as a foster parent and is an adoptive parent to six children.

Foster parent training hours are available for this course.

*A full refund is available if cancellation notice is received two weeks prior to the event.
